underwhelming stay. some issues need addressing.
poor air conditioning strange design
The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the metro.
The air conditioning barely worked in the room. the staff didn't seem to care much about the issue! it was frustrating. the room design was also pretty weird. It did not feel like a five-star hotel at all.

swift connection amazing views custom options
I relished the location because it offered a swift connection to the metro. the views from the balcony were genuinely amazing. the breakfast had custom options. The dishes from the kitchen were particularly special!!!

great location polite staff parking service handy metro
this hotel is in a great location. the staff appear very polite. i found a metro station nearby. the hotel also provides a free parking service, handy.
i notice some minor wear and tear on furniture in public areas.

the beautiful room included a comfortable king-size bed. i see a large, modern bathroom and great shower. housekeeping kept our room clean and discreet, always leaving chocolates.
